Vikram Kapse

Vikram Kapse is an experienced production engineer with a solid background in manufacturing and engineering roles. Currently working at Bajaj Steel Industries Limited since August 2018, Vikram focuses on machine management, production planning, and quality assurance, while also providing training to machinists and maintaining discipline on the shop floor. Previously, Vikram held the same position at Neco Group Ferrous Valve Division from September 2015 to November 2017, demonstrating similar responsibilities in production efficiency and defect analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a service engineer at Lourenco Marine and a design engineer at Abhinav Engineering, along with quality engineering at Mahindra and Mahindra Farm Equipment Sector. Academically, Vikram holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Priyadarshini College of Engineering and additional qualifications in servicing and maintenance of mining equipment, as well as automobile engineering.
