Yogesh Karkade

Yogesh Karkade is an experienced professional in production management, currently working at Bajaj Steel Industries Limited since June 2022, where responsibilities include managing heavy engineering fabrication projects and conducting daily reviews with production supervisors and engineers. Previously, Yogesh led drone system production and assembly line operations at Vedic | VDIA Engineering Design Innovation Centre from March 2024 to May 2025. Prior experience includes overseeing end-to-end production and quality control at Solar Industries India Limited from August 2011 to June 2022, and serving as a Senior Executive Production Engineer at SKF Group from May 2009 to August 2011. Yoga also held the position of Production Engineer at Emitec Technologies GmbH, where supervision of shift operations was key. Yogesh holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Global and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from MIT Academy of Engineering.
