Olga Graf

Olga Graf is an experienced professional in the field of food sustainability and innovation, currently serving as the Head of the Future Canteen for Speiseräume F+B GmbH since March 2023. As a co-founder of Bake for Ukraine, a non-profit organization established in February 2022, Olga supports Ukrainian bakeries by providing financial aid and resources. Previously, Olga held various significant positions, including Head of Sustainability at the Food Service Innovation Lab and Senior Project Manager at Dussmann Service Deutschland. As a Climate Reality Leader with The Climate Reality Project, Olga actively contributed to climate initiatives from March 2014 to December 2022. Olga also co-founded Food Kompanions, serving as CEO and User Researcher, and has experience as an Innovation Coach and Strategic Partner with Journey 2 Creation. Olga's academic background includes degrees in Industrial and Product Design from Hochschule Hannover and Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute, among others.
