Scotty Smith

Scotty Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Creative Officer at Bake More Pies since June 2025, Scotty previously held the role of Chief Operations Officer at MAD from September 2019 to May 2025, where strategic efforts focused on workflow automation and client service improvement. Additionally, Scotty has a strong background in creative direction, having served as Executive Creative Director at both MAD and Steelyard, where leadership of design teams and enhancement of creative operations were paramount. Earlier experience includes directing UX and UI design at Mantech Apps and SkyGolf, along with creative guidance at Fortis Software. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media from the International Academy of Design and an Associate of Science in Commercial Art from Tampa Technical Institute.
