Ashley Cooper has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Ashley is currently the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Baked by Melissa, where they previously worked as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, they were an Innovation Manager at Sakara Life. Ashley also has experience at Bloomingdale's, where they held positions as a Business Manager, Assistant Buyer, and Omni Junior Merchant. Ashley began their career as a Buying Intern at Lord & Taylor and Century 21 Department Stores. Throughout their career, Ashley has developed strong project management, innovation, and merchandising skills.
Ashley Cooper attended The Ursuline School from 2008 to 2012 and completed their high school education. In 2012, they enrolled at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Ashley graduated from the university in 2016. Additionally, they participated in a summer intensive program at Parsons School of Design - The New School in 2013, focusing on Graphic Design.
