Carol Chong

Carol Chong is an experienced Graphic Designer currently working at Baked by Melissa since November 2019, having progressed from Graphic Design Intern to Junior Graphic Designer before assuming the role of Graphic Designer. Prior to this position, Carol worked at Sweetcatch Poke as a Cashier from November 2016 to February 2020 and gained customer service experience as a Sales Associate at Tommy Hilfiger during the summer of 2015. Carol holds a degree in Communication Design, Art, Media, and Technology from Parsons School of Design - The New School, completed in 2019, and a High School Diploma from St. John's School, awarded in 2015.
