Andrea Croslyn

Andrea Croslyn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrea started their career at GE, where they completed the 2-year Edison Engineering Design Program and worked as an Analytical Chemist. Andrea then moved to SABIC, where they served as a Process Excellence Manager and later as a Master Black Belt, leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives company-wide. Andrea then joined Project Lead The Way as the EVP and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for driving operational efficiency and supporting the organization's mission. Andrea then joined Hexion Inc., where they worked as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Most recently, Andrea founded Excellorant and is currently serving as its Founder. Currently, they are also working at Bakelite Synthetics as the EVP of Business Process and Sustainability.

Andrea Croslyn holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Florida. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry & Russian (Double) from The University of the South.
