Anshul Patni

Anshul Patni is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President & Treasurer at Bakelite Synthetics since April 2024, where strategies have been developed to optimize capital structure and successfully refinanced a $585M term loan, saving $3M annually in interest. Prior to this, Anshul held the position of Senior Director/Treasurer at Instacart from May 2022 to April 2024, overseeing a treasury team managing various functions including capital markets and cash management. Anshul's extensive career includes roles at Deloitte, Diebold Nixdorf, Reval, and Triple Point Technology, focusing on treasury management and strategies across multiple regions and sectors. Anshul holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Delhi University.
