John Fallon

John Fallon, CSP, serves as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Bakelite Synthetics since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading EHS initiatives and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. Prior to this role, John held positions at Hexion Inc. as a Safety Leader and EHS Specialist since June 2017, focusing on engagement and positive change in safety culture. Experience also includes a Safety Associate position at CGB Enterprises, Inc., conducting audits and safety training, as well as roles at Georgia-Pacific LLC, the City of Murray, and Hillerich & Bradsby Co. A Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene was earned from Murray State University between 2011 and 2014.
