Kyle Quimby

Kyle Quimby has extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management within the social services sector. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bake'n Joy Foods, Inc. since July 2022, Kyle previously held the same role at Northeast Arc from September 2019 to June 2022. Before entering talent acquisition, Kyle was a Director at the Old Colony YMCA where responsibilities included overseeing multiple youth programs, managing large teams, and coordinating services for clients with various needs. Key achievements included managing significant budgets, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, and acting as a community liaison. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Stonehill College, earned in 2003.
