Marinela Selimi

Marinela Selimi serves as the Responsable RH & Senior Payroll Advisor/HRBP for Baker & Baker since January 2021, specializing in human resources and payroll management across multiple sites in the French food industry. Marinela is an active member of the Country Team and involved in project management, international HR, change management, and social dialogue preparation. Prior experience includes roles as a human resources advisor for the Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg and a lecturer in human resources at Ifide Sup'Formation Alsace. Marinela has worked in various HR capacities with notable organizations such as Pôle Emploi and SEGULA Technologies, contributing to recruitment, career management, and employee relations.
