Benjamin Smith

Benjamin Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement at Baker Communications, Inc. since June 2010, Benjamin previously held the role of Senior Customer Success Consultant at CloudCoaching International from August 2012 to May 2017. Earlier career experiences include positions as Senior Customer Success Consultant and Account Executive at Baker Communications, Inc., and serving in the Business Office at Memorial Hermann. Benjamin holds a B.B.A in Business Administration from the University of North Texas, obtained in 2003, and a high school diploma from Bryan High, completed in 1999.
