Josh Lennard is a seasoned professional in the solar energy sector, currently serving as the Residential Service Manager at Baker Home Energy since January 2017. In this role, Josh manages and trains personnel, evaluates resources, and oversees processes for large-scale residential solar initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Service Manager at Sullivan Solar Power, where comprehensive training for customer service staff and performance evaluations of solar systems were prioritized. Earlier roles include Configuration and Support Engineer at Duncan Solutions, Marketing Analyst at Nielsen Claritas, and Technical Support Supervisor at Miva Corporation. Josh holds a Computer Information Certificate from Coleman College and has obtained multiple certifications in photovoltaic technical sales and entry-level programs through NABCEP.
