Lindsey Resha

Lindsey Resha currently serves as the Director of Risk Mitigation at Baker Electric, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Lindsey worked as a Swim Instructor at Waterworks Aquatics and as a Claims Consultant at RBT Electric, Inc., where responsibilities included drafting Requests for Equitable Adjustment related to construction delays and analyzing project costs. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate Consultant at HKA, where Lindsey researched construction claims worth up to $40 million, and a Senior Claims Analyst and Analyst at Hill International, Inc., alongside roles in business affairs and compliance at Black & Veatch and other organizations. Lindsey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
