Mikaela Dressendorfer

Mikaela Dressendorfer is a Project II Consultant at BakerRisk, with prior experience as a Project I Consultant. Previously, Mikaela worked at ExxonMobil as a Lubes Licensing Support Engineer, providing support for clients interested in licensing catalytic dewaxing technology, and contributed as a Process Engineer and Specialties Technical Advisor within the same organization. Key accomplishments include leading lube unit startup activities and conducting risk studies related to solvent dewaxing filters. Prior to ExxonMobil, Mikaela conducted research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's Professor Damien Guironnet Research Group and served as a General Chemistry Teaching Assistant. An internship at SHINE Medical Technologies involved developing tools for process design. Mikaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
