Amber Guan is an experienced business leader with a robust background in managing operations, sales, and distribution strategies across Asia. Currently serving as Managing Director-China at Occhio GmbH since November 2020, and General Manager at Home Avantgarde Shanghai Ltd since January 2016, Amber has successfully promoted Baker furniture’s brand in Greater China since 2010, holding various leadership positions including Territory Manager and National Sales and Operation Manager. With a strong emphasis on channel expansion, project sales, and supply chain management, Amber has driven significant growth for Baker furniture. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at Better Generation, focusing on global distribution strategies. Amber holds an MBA from the University of Bath and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Auckland University of Technology.
