Jay Paschall

Jay Paschall has extensive experience in the furniture industry, holding several leadership roles throughout their career. Jay started at Hickory Chair Company in 1998 as the Director of Wood Product Development and worked there until 2003. Jay then joined Baker Furniture and served as the Director of New Product Development until 2006. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Kindel Furniture Company as the VP of Product Development & Sales. Paschall then joined Century Furniture as the Vice President of Sales from 2013 to 2016, and later became the President from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at Baker Furniture, starting in November 2018.

Jay Paschall attended North Carolina State University from 1979 to 1983, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering, earning a Bachelor's degree in FMM.
