Michael Jolly

Michael Jolly is an accomplished executive in the furniture industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and President of Baker Furniture since September 2018. Prior to this role, Jolly held the position of President and COO at the same company. From August 2008 to September 2018, Jolly was the VP of Residential Casegoods Operations at Bernhardt Furniture Co., overseeing key operations in residential casegoods and hospitality. Jolly's earlier career at Thomasville Furniture Industries spanned from 1994 to 2007, where progressively advanced roles included General Manager for manufacturing plants, Vice President of General Production and Sourcing, and SVP of Supply Chain and Operations. Jolly directed significant operations, budgeting, and sourcing initiatives throughout this tenure. Jolly earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University between 1975 and 1979.
