SVP Chief Architect at Baker Hill

Jeff Luginbill has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff began their career as a Software Engineer at Leaf in 2001 and later worked as a Software Engineer at BakerHill Corporation from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Experian Decision Analytics as a Software Engineer and eventually became a Senior Software Engineer. From 2008 to 2015, they served as a Solution Architect at Experian, where they played a key role in designing and implementing solutions.

In 2015, Jeff joined Baker Hill as a Solution Architect, where they designed and delivered solutions using Azure DevOps and Azure PaaS. Jeff also led the Architecture team as a Solution Architect Manager, implementing quality checks and empowering the team to solve complex problems. In 2018, they were promoted to Chief Architect, responsible for making technology decisions and defining the technology stack for the organization. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Product Development, overseeing the product development process and bringing efficiencies to the team.

Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in various technologies, including Azure, C#, TypeScript, Angular, and cloud design patterns. Jeff has a strong background in architecture and has successfully led teams and implemented processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

Jeff Luginbill obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Taylor University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
