Jim Melgren has over 30 years of experience in the financial technology industry. Jim is currently serving as the Regional Vice President - Client Success at Baker Hill since January 2022. Previously, they worked at Harland Financial Solutions and Finastra as an Account Executive. Before that, they held the position of Sales Account Executive at Bisys Document Solutions from November 2000 to August 2003. Jim Melgren also worked at Bankline as a Senior Sales Executive, where they successfully formed the initial Account Manager Program and achieved all sales objectives. Jim started their career as a Sales and Marketing Representative at First National Bank of Wichita in April 1988 and continued until May 1992.

Jim Melgren obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Business Administration and Management, General from Bethel College-North Newton, which they attended from 1980 to 1984. Additionally, they completed an Advanced Concepts - Conceptual and Strategic Selling program at the Miller Heiman Group in 2016. Before that, in 2015, they received certification as a Certified Commercial Loan Officer from the Independent Community Bankers Association. In 2008, Jim Melgren also participated in a Sales Negotiation program at Acclivus, although no degree was specified.
