Technical Support Engineer Lead at Baker Hill

Kristi Heckman has extensive work experience in quality assurance and software quality assurance. Kristi started their career in 1995 as an Administrative Assistant at Baker Hill Corporation. From there, they moved on to become a Technical Support Engineer and later a Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company. In 2006, they joined Baker Hill, An Experian Company as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. After two years, they joined Experian as a Software Quality Assurance Consultant, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Baker Hill as a Software QA Consultant and is currently serving as the Quality Assurance Engineer Lead.

Kristi Heckman attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics.
