Allison Fleming

Allison Fleming is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global total rewards, mergers and acquisitions, and HR operations. Since February 2006, Allison has held various leadership roles at Baker Hughes, including Global Total Rewards Project Leader and Global Benefits Delivery Director, driving the establishment of sustainable HR models and managing M&A HR activities.
