Anastasiya Lyashchenko

Anastasiya Lyashchenko is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Baker Hughes, including HR Global Director for Subsea Production Systems and Pressure Pumping International, as well as HR Director for Europe. Previously, Anastasiya served as a Career Development Manager and Human Resources Generalist. In academia, Anastasiya has contributed as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer at Orenburg State Pedagogical University. Currently pursuing further education at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, Anastasiya has also completed the CEB HR Leadership Program in Houston, USA.
