Ankit Jain

Ankit Jain is a Digital Technology Associate in Baker Hughes' Aspire Leadership Program since July 2023, currently focusing on program management in HR technology. Key achievements include implementing a $650k workforce planning system, migrating over 30 million tickets to a new system, and leading a project with a 97.5% accuracy rate in an HR onboarding system. Ankit also has experience as a Convenor of the IIM Mumbai Alumni Committee, overseeing a network of over 7,000 alumni, and previously worked as an analyst at EY, delivering web-app solutions for multiple clients. Ankit holds a PGDIM MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering.
