Asad Babar

Asad Babar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Area Service Delivery Manager for Baker Hughes since October 2011, overseeing operations in Qatar, Turkey, and Iraq. Prior roles at Baker Hughes included Area Manager for Western Canada and several account management positions focusing on Intelligent Production Systems. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Asad held various positions at Weatherford Oil Tool ME Ltd, including Intelligent Well Systems Manager and Regional Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed operational and financial management, project oversight, and cultivating customer relationships. Additionally, Asad has a background in technical sales and operations supervision with Weatherford. Asad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
