Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos Rodriguez has extensive experience in the field of drilling and completion fluids, currently serving as Global Service Delivery Technical Manager for both Drilling and Completion Fluids and Drilling Fluids at Baker Hughes since September 2021. Prior to this role, Carlos spent 20 years at M-I SWACO, where positions included North America Land Drilling Fluids Domain, Global Technical Service Laboratory Manager, and Regional Technical Manager. Carlos began a career in the industry at Mi Overseas Limited, where roles included Project Manager, Drilling Fluids Engineer, and Solids Control Engineer from May 1993 to September 2000. Carlos holds a degree from Universidad de América, earned between 1986 and 1992.
