Chris Coffman

Chris Coffman, CFA, is a seasoned executive in the finance and energy sectors, currently serving as Managing Director of Capital Solutions and New Ventures at Baker Hughes since May 2018. With extensive experience in managing a $300MM investment portfolio and leading significant financial transactions, Coffman has played a key role in origination and underwriting for various energy-related investments, including a $360MM offshore drilling joint venture. Previous positions include Senior Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services, where an $800MM oil and gas partnership portfolio was managed, and Senior Investment Analyst at AIG Global Investment Group, focusing on credit analysis across diverse industries. Coffman holds an MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
