Cory Herman

Cory Herman is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Lead HSE at Baker Hughes since April 2018. Previously, Cory held the position of Environmental Health Safety Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy for six months in 2021 and worked as an HSE Coordinator at Percheron, LLC from August 2016 to April 2018. Cory's earlier experience includes a role as a Fire Team Leader in the US Air Force Reserve from April 2011 to May 2017, with deployments to Kuwait and Afghanistan supporting Operation Inherent Resolve and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. In addition, Cory served as a Project Safety Consultant at Amerisafe Consulting and Safety Services from December 2015 to August 2016. Cory's educational background includes studies at the Community College of the Air Force and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
