Joel Lack

Joel Lack is a highly experienced engineer with a focus on chemical applications and project management within the refinery and petrochemical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Applications Engineer at Baker Hughes since December 2020, Joel Lack provides technical support for Valero accounts and oversees downstream chemicals product development as a Senior Engineer. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Global Marketing Manager at Nalco Water and Nalco Champion, respectively, as well as a range of engineering positions at Baker Hughes from 1998 to 2018, where key contributions included managing corrosion applications technology and developing innovative models for corrosion risk assessment. Joel Lack began a career in process safety management at Petrocon Engineering. Joel Lack holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from McNeese State University.
