Jose Graterol

Jose Graterol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and account management within the drilling services industry. Currently serving as Lead Services Specialist – Technical Support at Baker Hughes since September 2021, Jose provides sales support and product application recommendations, coordinates product strategies, and delivers technical presentations. Prior to this role, Jose held multiple positions at Baker Hughes from October 1997 to March 2020, including Technical Support Manager and Account Manager, where responsibilities ranged from supporting product lines to developing sales strategies for major accounts. Jose began his career as a Drilling Engineer at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IUPFAN.
