Karina Rodriguez Stromsted is a skilled professional with extensive experience in commercial operations, business improvement, and financial management. Currently serving as the Global Commercial Operations Director for SPC Services at Baker Hughes since April 2018, Karina has successfully implemented integrated business planning processes that enhance growth and profitability. Over the course of her career, Karina has led initiatives that improved Baker Hughes' cash position by approximately $50M and revamped operational processes to align for growth.
