Lucas Howell

Lucas Howell has extensive experience in sales and operations leadership within the oil and gas industry, holding various roles at Baker Hughes since 2007. Currently serving as the Sales & Commercial Director for Production Solutions and previously overseeing Upstream Chemicals in North America Land, Lucas has demonstrated expertise in maximizing safety, efficiency, and productivity in oilfield operations. Notable roles include Director of Operations for both the Eastern and Western US, where responsibilities included team management, P&L ownership, and service delivery. Earlier in Lucas's career, engagement with Teach For America involved teaching English Language Arts to elementary students in rural areas. Lucas holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Idaho, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Western Washington University, and an Associate of Arts from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom.
