Mary Fernandes

Mary Fernandes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management and training within the oil and gas industry, particularly at Baker Hughes. Since October 2019, Mary has served as the HSE Audit Lead, previously holding the position of Sr. Director of Learning & Culture (Compliance) at Baker Hughes, a GE Company, from October 2018 to October 2019. Mary’s career at Baker Hughes began in April 2002, progressing through various roles including HSE Culture and Training Manager and Global Upstream Process Safety Assurance Manager. Mary holds a Master of Science in Psychology of Work from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Commerce from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
