Rebecca Charlton

Rebecca Charlton is an experienced financial executive currently serving as the SVP Controller & Chief Accounting Officer at Baker Hughes since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca held leadership positions at Newmont Corporation, including Vice President Planning and Regional Chief Financial Officer for South America, from July 2019 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior VP & Chief Financial Officer at CMOC, and various roles at Anglo American, including CFO for the Nickel division and Financial Controller for the Iron Ore Brazil division. Rebecca began their career at PwC, progressing to Senior Manager in Assurance. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from The University of Western Australia.
