Richard Morales

Richard Morales, PMP, serves as the Engineering Manager for Technology Services & Data Management at Baker Hughes since January 2007, overseeing the management of SAP material master data, technology processes, engineering job records, quality audits, and financial reporting. Previously, Richard held the position of Engineering Team Lead, coordinating multiple projects focused on validation design and testing of down-hole products, and served as a Design Drafter, responsible for data procurement and preliminary design sketches. Prior to Baker Hughes, Richard worked as a Senior Leasing Consultant at Venterra Realty. Richard holds a B.S. in Project Management and an A.A.S. in Computer Aided Drafting and Design, both from ITT Technical Institute.
