Valerie Ferdin

Valerie Ferdin, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the engineering sector, particularly within Baker Hughes since July 2013, where roles have included Service Reliability Engineer for Flexible Pipe Systems and several lead engineering positions focused on completions and wellbore intervention. Key responsibilities involved cross product line initiatives to enhance casing exits and the design of PDC drill bits tailored for diverse drilling applications in the Permian Basin and Delaware Basin. Prior to Baker Hughes, Valerie served as an Engineering Research Assistant at Plasma Engineering Research Laboratory and Coastal Bend Business Innovation Center. Valerie Ferdin earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
