Xiaolin Chen

Xiaolin Chen is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior R&D Engineer at Baker Hughes since October 2022. Prior to this role, Xiaolin held similar positions at BRUSH Group from June 2011 to October 2022 and worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at TU Delft and the University of Bologna between 2008 and 2011. Xiaolin Chen earned a PhD, a Master's degree, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, completing the doctoral program in 2007.
