Dawn Marsh

Dawn Marsh has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Dawn began their career at Oscar Mayer in 1988 as an Industrial Engineer before moving on to become the Proprietor of Black River Naturally from 1992 to 1994. Dawn then joined General Motors, serving in various roles including Industrial Engineer, Production Supervisor, and Senior Product Engineer. Dawn also played a key role as a member of the ISO 9002 Core Team. In 2000, they joined ATK where they held positions as a Senior Industrial Engineer, Plant Engineering and Maintenance Manager, and Program Manager. At Universal Acoustic and Emission Technologies, they served as a Project Cost Estimator and later as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Dawn joined Baker Manufacturing Company, LLC in 2013 and has held positions as an Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, and currently as the VP of Business Optimization. Dawn Marsh's work experience showcases their expertise in industrial engineering, process optimization, and project management.

Dawn Marsh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1983 to 1988. Dawn went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the same university, which they earned from 2000 to 2004.
