Benjamin Cheung

Benjamin Cheung is a storyteller and certified ESG analyst with a diverse background in political speech-writing, journalism, and international relations. They have held various roles in corporate law, currently serving as an International Associate at Baker McKenzie, where they focus on capital markets and prospectus drafting. Previously, Benjamin founded and edited an online magazine, The Typewriter, which promotes diverse cultural perspectives and has engaged a significant global audience. They also gained valuable experience as a research assistant in political and military affairs with the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and have worked in multiple legal roles, including as a Legal Manager at Eversheds Sutherland. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of International Studies and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, alongside a study abroad year at the University of Birmingham.
