David Kay

David Kay is a legal professional with extensive experience in business law. Currently, David serves as the Head of the Legal Department at Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (Group) since January 2019. In addition, David operates as a freelance consultant, a role started in July 2017, and has been a Partner at Baker McKenzie since December 2011, contributing legal expertise in business law. Previously, David worked as an Associate at Linklaters from February 2007 to November 2011. David holds an LLM in International Business Law from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) degree from UNSW Business School.
