David Malliband is the Managing Partner of the Chicago Office at Baker McKenzie, where they focus on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures across various industries. With extensive international transaction experience, David represents both US and non-US companies in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. They were formerly the chair of the Corporate & Securities group and have been admitted to practice law in Illinois, New York, England, Wales, and New South Wales.
