Dr. Tino Marz

Dr. Tino Marz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and reorganizations. Currently a Partner at Baker McKenzie since February 2013, Dr. Marz has progressed through various roles including Counsel and Associate. Prior experience includes positions as a Trainee Lawyer at Robert Bosch (SEA) Pte Ltd and Hengeler Mueller, as well as academic involvement as a Research Assistant during LL.D. studies at the University of Leipzig. Dr. Marz holds an Assessor Exam in Law from the Superior Court of Justice in Berlin and a Referendar Exam in Law from Leipzig University, complemented by education at CY Cergy Paris Université.
