Emma E. Smith is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate reorganisations and tax legal services. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Baker McKenzie since August 2015, Emma specializes in designing and executing complex intercompany reorganisation projects, including post-acquisition integrations and legal entity rationalisations, while collaborating with cross-border teams within the firm's global practice group.
