Henry Chen

Henry Chen is a partner at Baker McKenzie FenXun, specializing in investigations, compliance, and ethics. They are a US and PRC trained lawyer who advises multinational corporations on compliance and risk management across various areas, including anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, and cybersecurity. Previously, Henry worked at Hogan Lovells as the senior associate in the China compliance investigations team and held roles at Steptoe LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP, focusing on regulatory compliance and cross-border transactions. Henry also served as the Acting Director of Investigations for Asia Pacific and Japan at MSD. They earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University School of Law, receiving the Dean’s Graduate Award.
