Jerome Tomas is a partner at Baker McKenzie and currently serves as the co-chair of the Firm's North America Government Enforcement Practice Group. Since joining in 2005, Jerome has focused on representing companies and individuals in government and regulatory investigations, as well as aiding clients in internal investigations and compliance risk mitigation. Previously, Jerome was a Senior Attorney in the SEC's Division of Enforcement, where they investigated and prosecuted violations of federal securities laws. Jerome earned a law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law after completing a brief stint as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch and working as a researcher in the real estate sector.
