Kristina Gajewicz

Kristina Gajewicz has over 23 years of work experience. Kristina is currently serving as the Chief Member at Chief, a private network specifically designed for senior women leaders who aim to strengthen their leadership journey and effect change from the top down. Prior to this, Kristina held various positions at Baker McKenzie, including Director of Recruitment, Americas, where they managed a team of in-market recruitment business partners and developed talent acquisition initiatives aligned with the firm's growth strategy. Kristina also served as the North America Recruiting Director, where they developed regional recruitment team models and coordinated best practices across student, associate, and partner hiring in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Before joining Baker McKenzie, Kristina worked as a Regional Recruiting Manager at McGuireWoods LLP and as a Regional Recruiting Coordinator at Foley & Lardner LLP.

Kristina Gajewicz holds a Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University, where they pursued a double major in Organizational Communications and Criminal Justice.
