Laura Middleton

Laura Middleton is currently an Associate in Corporate M&A at Baker McKenzie, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Laura served as Legal Counsel and Trainee Legal Counsel at Smith+Nephew from March 2018 to March 2022, and worked as a Trainee Solicitor during a secondment at Baker McKenzie in 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as a Litigation Paralegal at Keystone Law and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, along with regulatory and compliance support at Tesco Mobile. Laura's legal career began with company records management at conTgo and work experience at Allen & Overy and Mayer Brown.
