Leif King

Leif King is a seasoned attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Partner and Head of M&A/Corporate for California at Baker McKenzie since August 2019. Prior to this role, Leif was a Partner and Head of Corporate/M&A for Palo Alto at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 1998 to August 2019, where significant transactions included representing TiVo Inc. in its $1 billion deal. Earlier in Leif's career, experience included working as an Associate at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart from October 1996 to September 1998. Leif holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in History from Binghamton University.
