Mark Delaney

Mark Delaney is the Chair of the EMEA Tax Practice Group at Baker & McKenzie and serves as a Principal Tax Advisor, leading the London Tax Practice. Mark specializes in a wide range of UK, EU, and global VAT law, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, having been admitted as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2001. They hold a degree in Politics and Parliamentary Studies from the University of Leeds, which they completed in 1998. Mark has contributed to the field through speaking engagements at both UK and international conferences and has experience with multi-jurisdiction VAT issues and tax planning. Prior to their current role, Mark worked with Arthur Andersen, PwC, and Baker & McKenzie in various VAT-related positions.
