Natalie Mascarenhas

Natalie Mascarenhas is a seasoned talent management professional with over a decade of experience in the legal and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Graduate Resourcing and previously as a Talent Management Consultant at Baker McKenzie since December 2011, Natalie has honed expertise in recruitment and talent development. Prior experience includes a role in Group Legal at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank from May 2011 to December 2011, and a position as Senior Associate at Gadens Lawyers from March 2005 to April 2011. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology, both obtained from Monash University between 1999 and 2004.
